  2. Non-Returnable Items Digital goods or downloadable products. Items marked as final sale. Items that get damaged owing to misuse or mishandling.

Once approved, instructions on how to return the item will be sent to you. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless it is a defective or incorrect item.
